6 of the best OU athletes to follow on Twitter

Student-athletes, they’re just like us. Well, they may wake up at 5 a.m. for workouts and compete on a national level. But, they do like to send out funny tweets. Here are six of the best Ohio Bobcat athletes to follow on Twitter.

Quentin Poling (@callmeQQQQQ) The redshirt senior obviously has an incredible sense of humor. The Ohio linebacker’s avatar is him smiling with his cat, and his header features a sorority-esque photo with his teammates. He also fires off tweets like this:

Elijah Ball (@Elijah_8Ball) If football doesn’t work out for the Bobcats wide receiver, he seems to have a future in video production. The redshirt sophomore, who is out for the season, made this video when he missed a practice.

Megan Niebuhr (@MeganNiebuhr) Soccer is a team sport — and so is the social media game. The Bobcats soccer squad is certainly deep when it comes to great tweets. Junior Megan Niebuhr, however, might be the star tweeter of the team.

Sam Frayer (@sam_frayer) It’s obvious from his antics on the bench that Sam Frayer has a great sense of humor. His Twitter is a funny behind the scenes look at Ohio’s men’s basketball team.

Nick Bredeson (@breedlewhip) You knew Nick Bredeson is funny when you hear his walk-up song, “Cash Me Outside.” The redshirt junior brings over his sense of humor, and his love for the viral song, to Twitter.

Taylor Agler (@Taylor_agler) The redshirt senior and Indiana transfer has ability on the court — and the ability to laugh at herself off the court.

All six are definitely worth a follow.
