Ohio’s men’s basketball team is helping out with relief efforts following the devastating flooding in Houston as a result of Hurricane Harvey.
University of Houston’s men’s basketball coach Kelvin Sampson tweeted and asked for all college programs to send 20 of their school’s T-shirts and 10 pairs of shoes to him to distribute to those in need.
Ohio assistant coach Tommy Freeman answered that call.
According to CBS Sports, hundreds of other teams have sent gear to Houston.
