Good morning,

Google turns 19 today!

The search engine company bounced between different dates including Sept. 4 and Sept. 26, but the company's fourth birthday, Sept. 27, is the company’s official birthday.

The company got its start in 1995 by Larry Page and Sergey Brin at Stanford University, and was officially founded by 1998. The original name of the company was Backrub, but it was later changed to Google.
