Apple announced that a completely redesigned Mac Pro is on its way.

After speculations of a new Mac Pro in April 2017, Apple announced that the new Mac Pro will be scheduled for release next year. The news was confirmed by Apple’s senior director of Mac hardware product marketing Tom Boger.

The latest Mac Pro was introduced in 2013, and its retail price starts at $2999
