The Ohio University Police Department reported Monday a kidnapping and rape that occurred over the weekend.
At about 10:30 p.m. Saturday, a woman said she was walking with acquaintances near Grosvenor Street when they forced her into a vehicle.
The woman was driven to Wray House, where she was raped by the male suspect in her room, according to the report. The suspect is a white man between 6 feet and 6 feet, 5 inches tall with a muscular build and dark hair and eyes.
The case is under investigation by OUPD.
