The Athens Police Department received its third report of sexual imposition on Saturday.
An employee said they were inappropriately touched by another employee of the same sex at their place of work.
The victim reported that there were three incidents over the time of employment between April and now.
According to the report, an investigation is pending.
This has been the ninth sexual assault reported to APD and Ohio University Police Department since Fall Semester began.
There have been three reports of sexual imposition to APD. APD and OUPD have each received three reports of rape.
