The Ohio University Police Department received a report of rape. The assault reportedly happened Wednesday at 1 a.m.
According to the OUPD log, the “subject reported unwanted sexual conduct by known offender” occurred in Carr Hall.
This is the 16th report of sexual assault to OUPD and the Athens Police Department since Aug. 25.
OUPD has received four reports of rape and one report of gross sexual imposition. APD has received eight reports of rape and three reports of sexual imposition.
