The student was slurring his speech, smelled of alcohol and was unsteady on his feet, according to the report. He was arrested for disorderly conduct by intoxication and taken to Southeastern Ohio Regional Jail, pending his sobriety.

The man said he heard someone on his roof. Deputies checked the residence and found no evidence of someone being outside the residence or on the roof. There were also no marks or imprints in the frost.

According to the report, it is believed the man “may have a rodent in the ceiling.” No further action was taken.

Where am I?

He smelled of alcohol, had watery eyes, was slurring his speech and was unsteady on his feet. He also had vomit on him.

The student did not know where he was or how to get where he was going. He was also incapable of contacting someone to take responsibility for him. He was arrested for underage alcohol consumption and taken to Southeastern Ohio Regional Jail, pending his sobriety.
