Series History

The last time Ohio faced off against the Huskies was Jan. 24, 2018, in Athens where the Bobcats won in a thriller 77-75 after guard Cece Hooks stole the ball and scored the game winning lay up with two seconds left.

Coach Bob Boldon is 4-3 against the Huskies.

Key players to watch

Ohio forward Dominique Doseck is coming off one of her best performances of the season. In Ohio’s win against Eastern Michigan on Jan.19, Doseck led all scorers with 21 points and paired it with five steals and three rebounds. What made Doseck a problem for the Eagles was her 3-point shooting. Doseck went 6-of-8 from 3-point range and had a stretch where she made four in a row. Doseck has been great from behind the arc all season long and she leads the MAC in 3-point percentage (.476).

The Bobcats could have their hands full with Northern Illinois’ Mikayla Voigt. Voigt is the Huskies leading scorer and she’s third in the MAC for points per game with 20.5. She’s also coming off of a 20-point performance in the Huskies upset win over Akron.
