Two men were arrested early Sunday morning for breaking and entering at Ciro Italian Kitchen and Bar, 120 W. Union St.
Athens Police Department officers arrested Richard Scheirman, of Pittsburgh, and Peter Warsen, of Washington, New Jersey, after receiving a call at about 1:30 a.m. for an on-going breaking and entering, according to an APD release.
Officers arrested the two men, who were charged with breaking and entering and taken to the Southeastern Ohio Regional Jail.
Scheirman and Warsen are set to appear for arraignment on Monday at 8:30 a.m. in the Athens Municipal Court.
