5 peanut butter recipes to commemorate National Peanut Butter Lovers Day

Everyone has a favorite, food, snack, condiment and dessert. If peanut butter happens to be your favorite food, snack, condiment, dessert or maybe all of the above, the five recipes below are a delicious way to celebrate today, March 1, and the holiday made just for you  — National Peanut Butter Lovers Day:

Peanut butter-stuffed brownies

Brownies are a classic and simple dessert that don’t require much effort whether making them from scratch or from a Betty Crocker Box. This recipe combines the sweet taste of chocolate with a savory layer of peanut butter in between to make for a dessert-like, brownie peanut butter sandwich. 

Chewy peanut butter balls

For those who are more concerned about living a healthy lifestyle, this peanut butter recipe is both gluten free and vegan. Not only are these little balls of heaven robust for the body, they are easy to whip up with only four ingredients and a cook time of 10 minutes. For once, the fantasy of a healthy, and most importantly, an appetizing dessert existing has come true.
