Nelsonville-York will travel to Wellston on Friday looking to get its season back on track with its first win of the season.
The Buckeyes are searching for offensive consistency and to limit the big plays that hindered them in last week’s loss. They will also be looking for their quarterback, Drew Carter, to take better care of the ball after four interceptions.
One thing that Nelsonville-York did have success in offensively was its run game. The tandem of Critter McDonald and Colton Snyder was efficient in wearing down the opponent and getting the ball down the field.
Kickoff is at 7 p.m.
