10 looks from the 2021 Emmys you don’t want to miss

The Emmys are back and better than ever. Our favorite celebrities did not disappoint with some of the most breathtaking and unique looks yet. After last year’s Emmys being hosted via Zoom, these celebrities made up for lost time and slayed it on the red carpet.

Miss Anya Taylor-Joy, an iconic fashionista, killed it with rocking not just one, but two different shades of yellow. This chic Dior gown made a head-turning appearance on the carpet. Taylor-Joy’s polished updo really brought her entire look to life. Taylor-Joy destroyed the game in this vivacious yellow look.

Grown-ish star Yara Shahidi did not disappoint us this year. She rocked this vibrant green Dior dress, killing it on the carpet. She paired this electrifying dress with a bold gold statement necklace, a sleek, low bun and a classy pair of stilettos. Shahidi served us with a very glamorous ‘50s-inspired look.

This satin goddess, Scandal star Kerry Washington, showcased this dreamy Etro dress on the carpet. This gown gave us a sexy corset moment with a draped bust. Kerry paired this breathtaking look with a long, sleek pony and dazzling drop earrings. Washington glowed all the way down the carpet.

Everyone’s favorite man, Bridgerton star Regé-Jean Page, left the ladies drooling in this Giorgio Armani suit. Regé-Jean Page worked this textured blazer with sleek lapels paired with a black dress shirt. Regé-Jean Page executed this all-black look on the carpet. What can’t this man wear?

Beth Behrs, star of The Neighborhood, served us with a whimsical look on the carpet this year. This soft-pink Georges Hobeika gown gave us all the modern-princess vibes. The long, sheer sleeves, beaded embellishments and flow of the gown brought this fairytale look to life.

Nailed It! host Nicole Byers slayed this fluffy, purple look. This playful purple Christian Siriano gown was paired with a dramatic voluminous updo and dazzling diamond earrings giving us a little drag star action. This confident queen slayed all the way down the carpet.

Seth Rogen. This unique orange and brown Brioni tux gave us some pumpkin spice vibes. While this is a more unusual look and might not fit fashion standards, it definitely fits Rogen’s quirky personality. I think we can all say that Rogen is ready for the fall.

Michaela J. Rodriguez, The Pose star, brought a fierce aqua look to her first Emmy nomination. This stunning Versace gown gave us a little slit leg action and was paired with a beaming diamond choker and a wavy hairstyle.  Rodriguez was there to slay the carpet, and that is exactly what she did.

Everyone’s favorite drama queen, Billy Porter, owned the carpet in this bold, black look. The wing-styled sleeves by Ashi definitely let him fly down the carpet this year. Paired with a dazzling statement necklace, black, fingerless gloves and a diamond earring cuff, this queen had everything he needed to be noticed.

Finally, Cynthia Erivo is killing it in this extravagant gown. This simplistic Louis Vuitton gown is spiced up with a fuzzy peacock-inspired train. Cynthia paired this glamorous gown with a diamond choker and simple belt to insinuate her waistline. This peacock goddess once again slayed it on the carpet.
