Ohio University President Hugh Sherman announced the three final candidates Wednesday for the vice president for student affairs position.
The finalists include Jeanine Ward-Roof, Tierney Bates and Jenny Hall-Jones, according to a university-wide email. As part of the interview process, the candidates will be able to interact with community members in open forums that will be offered both in-person and virtually.
At the forums, candidates will prepare and deliver brief presentations. Students, faculty and staff will also have an opportunity to ask questions.
The first of the three open forums will take place Nov. 15 with Ward-Roof. It will take place in Baker Theater from 10 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. Bates’ forum will take place Nov. 17 in Baker Theater from 10 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. and Hall-Jones’ will be available at the same time in Baker Theater on Nov. 19, according to the email.
