Ohio’s back in the saddle.
After bowing out of the Mid-American Conference Tournament semifinals after a loss to Kent State last week, Ohio’s season seemed all but over. But a second chance at a postseason run was ensured after Ohio accepted a bid to the Roman College Basketball Invitational Tournament on Sunday.
With a CBI spot secured, No. 3 seeded Ohio (24-9, 14-6 MAC) is prepared for a first round matchup against No. 14 seeded Rice (16-16, 7-11 Conference USA).
