Notes on Ohio

Ohio has quickly turned its season around after a brutal stretch that saw the team win two of nine games. The team has won three of its last four games, with its only loss coming at the MAC's current tied-for-first-place team Akron. With a win, Ohio would be over .500 for the first time in a month.

History:

Ohio has had a large share of recent success against Buffalo. The Bobcats have won five of their last seven games against the Bulls dating back to 2020. Last season, Ohio split the two games it played against Buffalo, including a dominant 85-61 win at home and a 3-point loss on the road.

Player to watch: Sy Chatman

Chatman, a fifth-year 6-foot-8 power forward, is one of the MAC's most effective scorers. Chatman is sixth in the MAC in average points per game. Chatman leads the Bulls in blocks while adding on 6.5 rebounds per game. Chatman also contributes with a steal per game.
