Ohio kicker Matt Weller was named Mid-American Conference East Division Special Teams Player of the Week today, the conference announced.
This is the fourth time Weller has received the honor this season.
Weller made three field goals (24, 27, 23) on three attempts and also connected on four extra points in Ohio's 37-20 win against Akron Saturday.
He also had one touchback in the win.
Weller recently became Ohio's all-time leader in field goals made and has not missed a field goal attempt from 40 yards or less this season.
Weller was also named Honorable Mention Placekicker of the Week by CollegeFootballPerformance.com.
