Ohio’s football team will have a boost from a high-profile transfer in the future. Kendric Smith, a transfer from LSU, is a 6-3 218-pound tight end did not play in 2010 or 2011 with the Tigers. He is not listed on their 2012 roster.

He posted on his Facebook account June 6th that he became the “newest member of the Bobcat family”, and according to Smith’s account, he will play defensive back for Ohio.

Zachary Murdock is the second Dublin Coffman high school recruit to orally commit to Ohio. Murdock joins fellow Dublin Coffman product quarterback James Walsh as a 2013 Bobcat prospect.
