Mike Dyer of the Cincinnati Enquirer reported Monday that Antonio Campbell, a 6’9 power forward, has orally committed to Ohio for the 2013-2014 season.
Campbell is a senior at Holy Cross High School in Covington, Ky. Last season, Campbell averaged 17.3 points, 12 rebounds and four blocks.
He received offers from Mid-American Conference foes Kent State and Bowling Green, as well as Illinois State and Wright State, among others.
He won’t be the only Covington connection on the Bobcats’ roster next season — junior Ricardo Johnson graduated from Holmes High School there as well.
