Ohio redshirt senior kicker Matt Weller was tabbed as MAC East special teams player of the week for the third time this season and the 11th time in his career.
Weller accumulated 10 points in Saturday's win against Akron. Those 10 points helped him move past Chester Taylor for fourth on the Mid-American Conference's all-time scoring list.
He joins redshirt junior quarterback Tyler Tettleton and freshman running back Daz Patterson on the list of Bobcats to receive player of the week honors.
