After sitting out Tuesday's practice with what was labeled as a "lower extremity" injury, Ohio redshirt senior guard Walter Offutt returned to the hardwood Wednesday.
"It was just a little banged up ankle," he said. "I should be alright."
Offutt is expected to be in the lineup when Ohio takes on University of North Carolina at Wilmington Friday.
Offutt played 19 minutes in Ohio's season-opener against Portland, more than half of which came in the second half. He hit one of five shots from the floor, had a pair of rebounds and an assist in the win.
