Libby is a junior here at Ohio University. She owns Libby's Pumpkin Patch, but due to the drought in southeast Ohio, she was not able to open this year. Instead, she created Libby's Bouquet Bar, a flower cart she parks on Union Street. Her father says the cart has been very popular and people especially love making their own bouquets.
