Extinguishing the Wildlands' Fires: A look into Wayne National Forest wildland firefighters
Oct. 25, 2018Wildland firefighters stationed in Wayne National Forest respond to a call in Nelsonville on Oct. 18. This was a small incident that they described as a good training exercise. Their jobs can include managing larger “prescribed burns” essential to keeping the forest ecosystem healthy, as well as traveling across the country to fight larger, more dangerous wildfires. Featured this week is Buffalo Chicken Dip Footage and Editing by Alex Penrose Production Assistance by Devin Harp RECIPE: 20 oz. Chunk Chicken 1/2 Cup Ranch Dressing 1/2 Cup Buffalo Sauce 8 oz. Cream Cheese Shredded Cheese Chips Drain chunk chicken before putting into pan. Mix all ingredients together in pan. Top with shredded cheese and cook at 350 F for 20 minutes. Serve with chips.
