The man responsible for a chain of popular restaurants will lecture at Ohio University on Monday night on his industry.
Cameron Mitchell, president and founder of Cameron Mitchell Restaurants will kick off Global Entrepreneurship Week — an event designed to encourage innovative thinking and entrepreneurship.
Mitchell will lecture at 6:30 p.m. in the Baker Center Theatre.
Mitchell’s restaurants are primarily based in Columbus, but also have locations in Florida, Indiana and Arizona.
This is OU’s third year participating in the event. To promote the week, complimentary hot chocolate is available on the first floor of Baker Monday morning from 8:00 am to 11:00 am.
"Global Entrepreneurship Week is a worldwide celebration of entrepreneurship that has gathered amazing pace in recent years and the Center for Entrepreneurship at Ohio University is delighted to be a part of it," said Luke Pittaway, director of the Center for Entrepreneurship.
