By the time the police arrived at the area, the male had already fled the scene, according to the Athens Police report.

The male is described as while with short blond hair, 5 foot 9 inches to 5 foot 11 inches and about 150 to 160 pounds. He was wearing a gray fleece shirt, blue jeans and black skateboarding shoes with light colored laces, according to the Athens Police report.
