Leon Williams has always been one of the tallest students at Ohio, but he is now, officially, the Big Man on Campus.
The 6-foot-8 senior averaged a team-leading 16.4 points and 9.8 rebounds a game for the Bobcats, which finished in third-place in the Mid-American Conference East Division.
The Post's Male Athlete of the Year was named first-team All-MAC and won numerous Player of the Week honors for his efforts.
Williams led the team with 15 rebounds in their win over Maryland and had 16 points, including his first ever 3-pointer, in the Bobcats win over George Mason in a nationally-televised game on ESPN2.
Williams has been the face of the Bobcat basketball team for the last four years. His biggest moment came during his freshman year when he was named MAC Freshman of the Year and the MAC Tournament MVP after his overtime tip-in at the buzzer sent Ohio to the NCAA tournament.
