Prosecutor’s office seizes $30,000 of meth

An Athens County Prosecutor’s Office investigation culminated in several arrests Tuesday.

Investigators from the Prosecutor’s Office and officers from the Athens County Sheriff’s Office, the Athens Major Crimes Unit and the Glouster Police Department executed a search warrant at a Millfield residence. There, officers found more than 12 ounces of meth, valued at more than $30,000, according to a news release from Athens Prosecutor Keller Blackburn.

Tiffany Dunlevy, 28, and Gary Miller, 29, were arrested and transported to the Southeast Ohio Regional Jail. Dunlevy was charged with engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity and Miller was charged with two counts of obstructing justice.

Each of the two has a court hearing scheduled on Aug. 17.

Joshua Dunlevy, 31, and James Morris, 40, were also charged with engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity. Their arrests are “pending,” according to the release — Morris was hospitalized after his apprehension, and Dunlevy’s whereabouts are unknown.

Blackburn asked that anyone with information on Dunlevy to call the Athens County Sheriff’s Office at 740-593-6633.
