The 14th edition of Number Fest has announced its full lineup with artists including The Chainsmokers, Lil Dicky and Post Malone.
April 16 will be the perfect day for a “#SELFIE” and to party once “Again” like “Jordan Belfort” at the 14th edition of the Number Fest in Athens.
After Fetty Wap was announced as a headliner in November, Billboard exclusively released the rest of the headliners Tuesday. Joining Fetty Wap will be EDM duo The Chainsmokers, known for their songs “#SELFIE” and “Roses,” the “livetronica” band Big Gigantic, comedic rapper Lil Dicky and Post Malone, most widely known for his song “White Iverson” along with 12 other artists spread across two days. The rest of the full lineup can be seen on Billboard’s website.
The festival will be held from April 15 to April 16, with performances on both Friday and Saturday night, something new to the traditionally one-day festival. Also added this year is on-site tent camping for an extra fee. This year’s festival will no longer include a BYOB policy.
Tickets can be purchased on Number Fest’s Eventbrite website. General admission tickets are $40, in addition to fees of $6.20.
“Oh yeah that’s definitely a good lineup, especially the top five. A lot of people like (them),” freshman Carleigh Walter said.
Emily Jones, a sophomore studying commercial photography, said because of her experience last year with the transportation problems and the high prices she will not be attending this year's Number Fest. She also said she wouldn’t go based on this year's lineup.
“I think (the lineup is) really bad actually,” Cory Dedek, a freshman studying music production, said. “It’s very based on if you like rap music, go to it and if you don’t then there’s no point in you going to it.”
“I don’t know any of the people in it and I won’t go to it probably,” Alexis Armstrong, a freshman studying community health services, said. “I wish it was like country music too, like a more variety of genres.”
