Ohio University students don’t have to look to Facebook and Twitter to chat with people from around the world.
The Walter International Education Center is hosting its first Global Meet and Greet from 4-5 p.m. Wednesday.
Domestic and international students will have the opportunity to interact and enjoy free food.
In addition, students will be able speak with faculty and staff of the WIEC and the Office of Education Abroad.
The theme for this meet and greet is Chinese New Year.
“Come on out and get some free food and fun while learning about this tradition,” said Tatiana Pascasu, commissioner for international affairs for Graduate Student Senate, in an email.
