Last night's first-round matchup in the Mid-American Conference softball tournament between sixth-seeded Ohio (22-23, 12-10 MAC) and third-seeded Western Michigan (22-20, 16-6 MAC) was postponed until 10 a.m. today.
Heavy rains in the Akron area last night pushed the start of the Kent State-Akron game back an hour to
8 p.m., but the MAC decided to move Ohio's game to this morning.
If Kent State and Akron are further delayed, they will play at 10 a.m. and the Bobcats will tentatively begin
at noon.
