The deal is at mid-day today.
Good morning. Here’s what you need to know for Thursday, April 21, 2016:
“Smells” won’t be the only free (or nearly free) thing at Jimmy John’s today.
The sandwich shop will be offering $1 subs at participating locations from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. to celebrate the company’s first Nationwide Customer Appreciation Day.
The Athens location will be offering the promotion.
Customers will be able to choose an eight-inch sub from one of six original Jimmy John’s sandwiches, and will be limited to one sub per person. The sandwich must also be purchased in-store.
This is the second time this semester a local fast-casual restaurant chain has offered discounted food. In February, Chipotle served free burritos to customers who downloaded a code.
