A 19-year-old man fell from a window early yesterday morning.
Daniel Moore, of Athens, was found lying on the sidewalk in front of 33 N. Court St. at about 2 a.m., according to a news release from the Athens Police Department.
Based on statements from Moore and witnesses, he fell from the second story window in what appears to have been an accident, according to the release. O'Bleness Memorial Hospital has no records of Moore.
This marks the second time someone has fallen from a window in Athens in recent weeks. Eric Hansen, 20, of Seven Hills, Ohio, died after falling from the fourth floor of Weld House on South Green two weeks ago.
Ohio University administrators were not available for comment and could not determine whether or not Moore is a student.
