Several dozen students are bouncing and jousting outside the Memorial Auditorium this afternoon.
University Program Council is holding a “Hunger Games”-themed event. The organization is providing free food, drinks, games and prizes on College Green until 4 p.m.
Samantha Caulfield, UPC special events executive, said the event is a way to promote UPC and to give students something to do between classes.
The event offers a “Boulder Dash” inflatable bounce house and jousting arena provided by ASPlayzone.
A table near entrance to the Memorial Auditorium holds a variety of “Hunger Games” themed treats, including a hummus and “Peeta” dish and “District 12 Muffins.”
