It has undoubtedly been a challenging week at Ohio University, with both an attempted suicide and attempted rape. This is why I have become so concerned as to why your paper has chosen to make it more difficult for those who were affected most.
On Monday, Feb. 11, The Post splattered an image of the troubled worker contemplating suicide on the fifth-floor railing. The Post completely disregarded journalistic etiquette and common courtesy, and did not bother to so much as blur out the man's identity. The face was one of a man who reached a tragic and personal crossroad in life.-
