An Ohio University student is being held on bond after he allegedly assaulted another student in The Convo parking lot Sunday.
Reid J. Tilton, 20, was charged with felonious assault after he allegedly caused serious physical harm to Austin J. Wright, also an OU student. The incident occurred outside The Convo at 12:40 a.m. Sunday, according to court documents.
Tilton’s address is listed as a room in The Convo.
He appeared in Athens County Municipal Court Monday morning for his arraignment. He pleaded not guilty to the charge and is being held on $25,000 bond with 10 percent allowed in the Southeastern Ohio Regional Jail.
