Maybe I'm just bitter because the Mill Street hovel I lived in last year was bulldozed over the summer and replaced by a complex of pre-fabricated apartments, but it seems like student housing on Mill and its surrounding streets is taking a classier turn this year. Between the marble countertops at Palmer Place apartments and the indoor garages at the Mill Street Townhouses, it took an upgrade closer to my humble abode on Putnam Drive to spark my interest.
