An Ohio University employee will avoid jail time after pleading no contest to threating to charges after threatening bring a gun to work last year.
Stacy Gorham, 53, pleaded not contest to the charges of inducing panic and possession of criminal tools at the Athens County Municipal Court Tuesday.
Judge William Grimm found Gorham guilty of one count of persistent disorderly conduct and sentenced him to a $250 fine.
