Ohio will have its final home games of the season Friday and Saturday against Buffalo.
The Bobcats will honor their four seniors: Danielle Stiene, Taylor Saxton, Mikayla Cooper and Haley Adams.
They are coming off a six-inning, 10-2 win over Marshall on Wednesday. Ohio has won nine of its last 10 games, the lone loss being an extra-inning loss to Miami.
If the Bobcats continue to play like they have, a No. 1 seed in the Mid-American Conference Tournament is a strong possibility.
To do that, they are just going to focus on their own play.
“I’m just focused on us,” coach Jodi Hermanek. “We’ve been awesome all conference (play) long, not letting our foot off the gas pedal and staying consistent.”

The Bulls are 6-11 in MAC play. They were swept by Kent State last weekend.
Buffalo’s leading hitter is Jessica Goldyn, who is hitting .404. What she has in batting average, she lacks in extra base hits, which has hurt Ohio some this year. Goldyn has six doubles and one home run.
Ally Power has the best record in the circle for the Bulls at 12-4. She has pitched to a 4.55 ERA in 132 ⅓ innings. She has struck out 103 batters while only walking 43.
