Charli XCX’s campaign for her newest album “BRAT” has been nothing but memorable. It started in May 2033 when she created a private Instagram page, called 360_brat, to post photo dumps, lyrics and snippets to tease her new music. I began learning German at the beginning of elementary school, a little from my parents, who both spoke the language, and some from the magnet school I attended, which had daily German classes included in the curriculum. Despite the many years I’ve spent trying to attain fluency, I’m still nowhere close. Before I left to study abroad in Germany for five months, I was able to carry conversations and hold my own in surface level interactions, but I was terrified of how my lack of efficiency would affect the way I lived my life.

Recently, there have been numerous public sexist incidents circulating the internet, from the “bear vs. man in the woods'' debates to sexist comments made to Caitlin Clark just as she started her WNBA career. However, the most recent and alarming content is the commencement speech made by the Chiefs Kicker Harrison Butker, in which he spoke directly to the graduating women in the audience.
