Josh Eckert's independent comic series Son of Bigfoot focuses on a character named Iseq who lives in an alternate reality. "There’s elements of a western in it, there’s elements of science fiction, but all sort of wrapped under this crypto-zoology skin," he said.

Kevis Mitchell has featured his wire art all around the nation, and was influenced by his cousin to come to comic cons. "You rarely get a collection of individuals that create in the way that these guys do," he said. "And it’s all the stuff that I love, so I get to walk around."
Jeff Parker took over for Geoff Johns for issue 26 of Aquaman: The New 52, and has written for volume five and six, the newest released graphic novels. "I got to work with Paul Pelletier who is just an amazing artist," Parker said.
