Albany Resident Mamerto Tindongan shows his skill using an "Atlatl" by throwing a spear while laying down to hit the target at the Paw Paw Festival on Friday, Sept 15. Mamerto started using an Atlatl in 2001 and became one of the top ten spear throwers in the world in 2010.
