Mary Pyles, a senior studying psychology, has worked at Donkey for five years and enjoys her job because "it's really fun to explore different flavors and teach people different ways of brewing coffee and trying to figure out what they like." According to Pyles, Donkey employees are "a huge family" and often get together for breakfast and parties. A few even live together.

Jacob Brister graduated from Ohio University recently with an English education degree. Brister is the director of the program and coordinates classes. He is currently learning kickboxing in order to eventually teach it himself.
