as hundreds of thousands of college students on various campuses around the U.S. have recently done. The issue was not one of funding the programs themselves. This is already being done successfully. Moreover
the proposal was not a mandate. Rather it was simply an appeal for consideration as a procedure which would benefit students having more college expenses than the student who remains on campus. The Post reporter who wrote the original article covering the proposal was accurate and I commend her for consulting primary.
