The Ohio baseball team entered the week with a .328 batting average, good for 13th in the NCAA, but the aluminum did not ping for the Bobcats in a 6-4 loss to Pittsburgh (26-11).
No Ohio player had more than one hit, though the Bobcats (20-12) did draw nine walks. Ohio totaled four runs after averaging more than nine the previous four games.
