Athens County residents will have a chance to vocalize ideas and suggestions to Rep. Jimmy Stewart, R-Athens, from 9 to 10 a.m. on Oct. 24 at the Athens City Council Chambers, 8 E. Washington St.
The meeting is open to everyone. Stewart said he has periodical meetings with the public to find out what Athens residents want from their government and their opinions on what is happening in the government.
Stewart also will host forums in Meigs, Washington and Morgan Counties.
