Urban Transit goes the distance

Trying to maintain a band in which all the members live in different cities is a difficult task ' one that Urban Transit has spent six years trying to overcome.

The band started in Bexley, Ohio, when Joey Brunetto decided to make a CD as part of his high school senior project and enlisted the help of his friend James Loy and brother Dante Brunetto. Because the of project's success, the three original members decided to keep pursuing music and recently added Brett Dugan on bass. -

but if we all live together and can focus on the music we can definitely bring our sound to the next level he said.-

but if we can graduate and still live the dream for two or three years

that will make everything we've done so far worthwhile.

Tonight the band will take the stage with opener Shane Piasecki, who has shared the bill with Hootie and the Blowfish, Patti Griffin and Hanson. He will take the place of Loy, who is unable to attend tonight's performance.
