The Ohio bench was working like a revolving door at the Convo Tuesday night, but depth was not the answer.
All but two players from the 14-player roster saw playing time in the 73-59 loss to South Alabama.
Siedah Banks led the Jaguars (3-0) with 15 points in just 17 minutes.
After the first half, the Bobcats never made a serious run at the Jaguars, staying at least seven points behind the entire second period.
Lauren Kohn led the scoring effort for Ohio (0-2) with 13 points. Chandra Myers took the rebound category with seven, helping Ohio to a total of 43 to South Alabama's 38.
The 'Cats will return to action Nov. 24 against Presbyterian College.
