When I came to college, I was looking to find a new group of friends and a place to fit in. I first thought to myself, What is the easiest way to have unsafe sex
hook up with lots of guys who I'll never remember get blackout drunk and drink tons of beer that isn't mine? Did you immediately think of Greek life?
Does that sound ridiculous to you? It does? Because that is what you sounded like to me.
Take advice from an upperclassman: Stereotyping people is not the way to go about making friends your first quarter of your freshman year. Just because someone is in a sorority does not classify her as one personality type or another; in fact, this view can be applied to any type of group, organization or club.-
