The owner of Big Mamma's Burritos plans to open a pasta and salad restaurant next week in the former My Favorite Muffin and Bagel Cafe location on Court Street.
The prices will range from around $3 for spaghetti and marinara sauce to around $6 for ravioli and lasagna. The menu was made with nutritious eating in mind
and also will feature a salad bar with a variety of selections, said owner Quinn Schaller.
The winner of a naming contest for the restaurant will receive a year's worth of gift certificates.
The new restaurant does not have anything to do with the Chipotle restaurant coming to Court Street, Schaller said.- he said.-
