Your Turn: Jeff Hill ideal for winter activities

In undergrad, drinking seemed to be norm for weekend behavior; cold weather meant downing more drinks in order to brave the walk uptown. With black ice prevalent on the streets of Athens, all can be seen holding on to a friend for dear life and Jeff Hill appears to be more of our campus friend versus foe. My girlfriends and I found ourselves venturing to this very destination last week for our very first time. What we didn't anticipate was the complexity of this activity. Tupperware, trashcan top and PT mats in hand, we trudged up the hill. Unfortunately, none of the above was suitable for the hill's imperfections and if it wasn't for a certain stranger, we would have given up hope. Not only did this gentleman invite us into his own large Tupperware, but he also showed us the route and pushed us on our way to experience this fantastic ride! Thank you sir, I am grateful for your tenacity to sell us on your perfected route! Another friend sent us flying with his manufactured sled, which he introduced as being ridden all over town, which equally thrilled. OU, I hope you find some time to play just the same; this is an annual tradition I wish I had appreciated in the previous years!
